Terra caused the whole thing. There will soon be legislation to get rid of things such as 100x leverage and algorithmic stable coins that will be good for the market. There's really nothing to be worried about.

Is it possible Voyager ends up paying? How do you have 685 million in crypto but lend out 1.3 billion. Is that stupidity? I’m new to all of this and do have a small amount in Voyager

I was attempting to get out a little too late. My withdrawal has been pending for 4 days. I seemed to have missed the cut off of the 23rd.

It's strange. 3AC defaulted on a loan to Voyager. But then Voyager received another loan from Alameda Research. Voyager still stopped withdrawals. Many exchanges are now limiting withdrawals. Binance, Coinbase and FTX are 3 that haven't limited withdrawals.

I believe because whoever loaned voyager ( sam bank Friedman whatever FTX god ) stipulated that
there needed to be a certain amount of TVL ( total value locked ) .. there was a run on voyager

as usual; they acted like the companies that did this prior were beneath them

the writing was on the wall people were withdrawing btc as fast they could it went from something like 40k use worth of btc to 20 k .. to 10k .. to 2k .. to locked

sorry BB .. at some point maybe if they get their sea legs / btc gains value to get above the TVL that the company that provided the life preserver stipulated with the loan .. then maybe they will begin
allowing withdrawals but that will be down the road and at a point that most people have emotionally surrendered the money so they will just pretend the recent locked amounts were somehow victimized by the 3A loan default, even though people were withdrawing after that , somehow YOURS will get retroactively lumped in

I don't invest in many stocks but I do have Voyager Digital. It's not worth a thing now.

Got an email saying withdrawals will be processed if submitted before July 1. We will see. Reminds me of the bath I took with Betonsports and that group

incredible !

they just filed for bankruptcy in the last 24 hours
Yep no saw that. I emailed them and they said as long as the withdrawal was requested before the 1st the payouts would be honored. They came though.
